 Leveraging the Motive HOS api, fleet staff can view a driver’s status to see if they’re available, offline, or driving, so they can call at the best time. They can also view the driver’s vehicle, location, and data usage. Based on the available info, they can choose to make a video call, audio only call, or send a text message.Â

 Drivers have the ability to place a quick call to available Dispatch or Maintenance users, call a contact directly, or send a text message. Once on a call, they can choose to share their tablet screen and their video, or keep the call to audio only.
