- Once an insurance agent submits a request for a quote, customers are sent a link via email inviting them to share their data with HDVI to help us provide a more accurate quote.
- The customer provides basic information, selects Motive as their TSP partner, and is then redirected to provide OAuth authorization in the Motive portal.Â
- Once OAuth approval is complete, customers are redirected to a thank you page and can look forward to a quote from their agent in a matter of days.
