For customers integrating Motive and Fleetio, we’ve added two new settings to automate fuel transactions from your Motive Cards and resolve DVIR defects in Motive when those issues are resolved in Fleetio.

See the true cost of running your fleet: Create fuel entries automatically for every Motive fuel card transaction, helping to centralize fuel tracking and reporting alongside your other maintenance costs per asset, giving you a single source of truth for budgeting, forecasting, and total cost of ownership.

The Motive integration is available on all plans.
Note: The Motive Card integration will only sync fuel transactions, and Two-Way DVIR Defect Resolution is only available on Premium plans.
