Getting StartedIf the carrier is an existing Encompass customer and interested in activating the integration, they'll need to reach out to their Encompass Customer Success Manager (CSM). The CSM will guide them through the next steps and coordinate with the appropriate teams.Licensing RequirementsThe integration requires Encompass’ Fleet Tracker module. If customer is not currently licensed, the Encompass Account Manager will discuss the annual licensing fee and options.Implementation & OnboardingBecause each fleet setup is unique, the integration requires customer-specific configuration. An onboarding fee typically ranges from $2,500–$5,000, depending on the current Fleet Tracker setup. A formal scope of work (SOW) will be created to outline deliverables and timelines. Most implementations take a few weeks to complete, depending on factors such as vehicle device installations.Ongoing API Usage FeesAPI usage fees apply and are billed periodically based on your actual data usage.
