## About
CabSupport combines a driver tablet app with a web dashboard to provide remote support and a screen-sharing utility optimized for low data usage. The CabSupport app allows drivers to request support, accept or decline incoming calls, and optionally allow a dashboard user to view and control their screen. A home screen call widget enables drivers to answer calls while outside of the app. The web dashboard allows support agents to view support requests, monitor when a driver is safely available for a call, view their assigned vehicle, place calls to the driver, and optionally see and control the driver’s tablet.
